What is Minoxytop?
Minoxytop is a vasodilator based on minoxidil, primarily used to promote hair growth and prevent hair loss — a common side effect among athletes using PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs).
Unlike topical solutions, the oral form offers a stronger and more lasting effect. That makes Minoxytop suitable not only for treating existing hair loss but also as a preventive option during anabolic steroid cycles to minimize the risk of androgen-related balding.
Main effects of Minoxytop
- Promotes new hair growth
- Slows down hair shedding
- Thickens and strengthens existing hair
- Improves scalp blood circulation
- Helps maintain follicle health during PED cycles
How to take Minoxytop?
Usage protocols
- Starting dose: 2.5–5 mg per day (half to one tablet), taken once daily, preferably in the morning with food
- Maximum dose: Up to 10 mg daily, split into two doses (morning and evening), only if well tolerated
- Cycle length: Minimum 3–6 months to see consistent, lasting results. Stopping the product may gradually reverse the progress.

How Minoxytop works?
Minoxytop is widening blood vessels, allowing more blood to reach the scalp. With better circulation, hair follicles start getting more oxygen and nutrients. As a result, some of the follicles that had stopped working can wake up and return to active growth.
It also affects potassium channels, tiny gateways in cell membranes that regulate how much nutrients and signals the cell receives. By opening these channels, Minoxytop helps prolong the growth phase of hair and improve hair quality and thickness.
Although Minoxytop doesn't lower DHT (dihydrotestosterone — a potent form of testosterone linked to hair loss), it helps reduce its damaging effects. During PED or especially anabolic steroid cycles, DHT levels can increase, speeding up balding. Minoxytop helps preserve follicle function and blood flow, offering some level of protection even under high DHT conditions.
