What is BPC 157?
BPC 157 is a synthetic peptide made of 15 amino acids. It was originally found in the stomach as part of the body’s natural protection and repair system.
In studies, it shows strong healing and protective properties — helping the body recover from injuries to muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments, bones, and even internal organs.
BPC 157 is often used by athletes and individuals recovering from trauma or surgery because it promotes faster regeneration and reduces inflammation without affecting hormone levels.
Main effects of BPC 157
💪 Speeds up recovery of tendons, ligaments, and joints
🏋️♂️ Helps muscle repair after injuries or heavy training
🦴 Supports bone healing and tissue regeneration
🩸 Improves blood flow and strengthens blood vessels
🔥 Reduces inflammation and swelling
🧠 Protects the brain and nerves during stress or trauma
🩹 Accelerates skin and wound healing
💊 Protects stomach lining from ulcers and irritation
🌿 Supports collagen formation and overall recovery
How to take BPC 157
Administration
- Route: subcutaneous (under the skin) or intramuscular (into the muscle) injection
- Frequency: once daily, preferably in the morning or after training
- Typical dosage: 200–500 mcg per injection
- For heavier athletes or larger injuries, up to 10 mcg per kg of body weight may be used
- Average cycle duration: 4–6 weeks, depending on the goal and recovery progress
Preparation
- Mix the powder with 1–2 ml of sterile or bacteriostatic water
- Swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake
- Keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C
- Use an insulin syringe for accurate micro-dosing
Combination use
BPC 157 can be used together with:
- TB-500 – to enhance tendon and ligament repair
- Growth hormone or GHRPs – for faster regeneration
- Light anabolic support – during injury recovery phases
Possible side effects
BPC 157 is generally well-tolerated in animal and user data.
In rare cases, mild redness or discomfort at the injection site can occur.
Because it stimulates new blood vessel growth, it is not advised for use in individuals with active tumors.
How does BPC 157 work?
BPC 157 helps the body heal by improving blood circulation, stimulating collagen production, and reducing inflammation.
It activates natural growth factors (like VEGF and FGF) that rebuild damaged tissue and strengthen connective structures.
The peptide also supports the nitric oxide pathway, which increases oxygen supply and nutrient delivery to the injured area.
As a result, recovery becomes faster, pain decreases, and the repaired tissue gains better strength and flexibility.
